Confidential notes sit in a protected layer only you can access — every view or export is logged.
In the app, go to Settings → Your data. You can download everything first, then choose Delete account. Deletion is scheduled for 14 days later and you can cancel any time before that — after it runs, the account and its data are permanently removed. Counsellors hold their school's records here, so nothing is deleted the instant a button is pressed.
